My son needed his licence in a hurry for a new job he just got, these guys sorted him out. He enjoyed the course too. I was a bit worried if he'd actually do this. Did a 20 hour course. Passed 2 minors. Instructor picked him up at home and dropped him off at his new job as well, brilliant.
My daughter just passed with this Driving school in Cardiff as she needed to get this done quickly. She starts a new job shortly and they have been really good. Great communication, good instructor, course was done in the time allocated. She passed and now I get to stop giving her lifts all the time! Thank you

Mark is husband's instructor. He is very happy with Mr. Mark. He said that Mark is very friendly and good. Recommend him for anyone who wants to get driving lessons.
I've been learning for 12 month with 3 different instructors. I taken 4 tests and spent so much money. Feeling defeated and now with a tight budget, I stared taking lessons with MOTOV8 and with help I corrected my bad habits, I'm finally on the right track. I successfully passed with only 2 minors!! Thanks for your patience! Would strongly recommend!

Excellent driving instructor! Having not driven since passing my test several years ago I needed some refresher lessons prior to starting a new job with a big commute. Peter was very patient and encouraging as I got used to driving again and his clear, professional teaching has made me a much better driver. The 90 minute lessons were just the right length of time and he was very accommodating in doing 2 practice drives to work with me. Despite initially being a nervous driver Peter was so easygoing and funny that I enjoyed my lessons and I would 100% recommend him as a driving instructor!
Peter is a wonderful teacher! If you’re looking to have a laugh, whilst learn in a professional environment in which you feel guided, safe and assured then look no further! When I first started driving I was scared at the prospect of even sitting in front of the steering wheel, however with Peter’s help (and above all patience!) I found that in a matter of lessons my confidence (as did my enjoyment) grew. In the first lesson Peter will have you getting a feel for the car and eases you into the driving progressively. He will provide you with a folder containing extensive explanations of all of the manoeuvres, theory and practical. If you’re like me and sometimes it takes more than a few times to perfect something (let’s not even get started with bay parking…) don’t worry because Peter will patiently explain what to change and will take all the time that needs re-doing the manoeuvre until it clicks! I will continue recommending Peter to friends and family! Thank you so much Peter!

I will structure my review under three headings: Pros, Cons and Summary. Pros: He is very knowledgeable, and he offers hints and tips that were very good in my opinion. He was very friendly and had a very good sense of humour. He attempts to understand the student and attempts to coach the student in a similar way a life coach would. He would give you genuine praise if you did well and would point out your mistakes plainly, which in my opinion is very important during learning. He is a very blunt and matter-of-fact person. His car is brand new and has all the driving aids a learner driver would require to feel very comfortable; such as speed limiters, parking sensors, the ability to switch between automatic and manual gearbox, etc. Cons: Though he is very friendly, witty and with a sense of humour, he attempts to coach the student in a similar way a life coach would. Though this is usually a good thing, I only wanted a driving instructor and not a life coach. I had a total of 4hrs instruction under him but unfortunately had to discontinue due to work commitments and international travel. There were few occasions when he laughed at me for doing something wrong and on one occasion commented "..that's even worse!". He was very, very worried about driving close to the curb (but that is what learner drivers would do in my opinion) so I reckon his car is brand new. These things do not inspire confidence in the student. Summary: I would have carried on under his instruction were it not for my time and travel constraints. I would recommend him cautiously. If you are a determined learner, are thick skinned and welcome criticism and remove all emotions from the activity, then go for it. For those who are more likely offended by blunt criticism (sometimes sprinkled with very light ridicule), then be more cautious. I could sense he was very intelligent, good in conversation (though this is the last thing I want when driving), and his philosophies were interesting when applied to driving. As mentioned earlier, I would have carried on under his instruction were it not for a hectic lifestyle.
Very highly accomplished driving school. Never heard a bad word about Wayne. Wayne helped me loads on my way to becoming a driving instructor.

Excellent instructors. Very patient and encouraging. This was going to be my last attempt at learning to drive due to previous failed tests. Needless to say, I did it! I passed my test with many thanks to Drivewell!

I had a fantastic UK familiarity lesson with Jason on May 9th. I was much more comfortable and confident after the lesson, and had a better understanding of UK traffic rules - like the national speed limit. I drove all through Wales and Ireland without incident. And my wife was much calmer even as we drove down a one lane road to get to the Cwm Gwdi car park on the way to hike up Pen Y Fan and Corn Du. I would recommend a UK familiarity lesson to any first time non-UK drivers.
